November 2020 Contest Results Are In!
Our November 2020 photo contest has come to a close and the people have spoken!
With every shot in this contest being outstanding, our three winners each beat their runners-up by just one vote!
All in all, we think this was one of the best contests yet because each and every shot was just SO GOOD!
Without further ado, let’s get into the details of our November 2020 contest results, starting with number 3.
Third Place
We joked with our brother @the_chronickk2.0 that he has a special bond with third place.
Nick is our number one supporter and one of our most awarded contestants. He’s placed in third almost every single month since we started running the contest, and we always love seeing the distinctive and colorful aesthetic he brings to the gallery.
Nick takes all of his photos with his phone and he’s always smoking on the absolute best flavors the West Coast has to offer. We’re confident that one day he’ll get that top spot!!
Second Place
Returning contestant @siraynot blessed the gallery with three absolutely gorgeous shots and, once again, the photogenic “Cantaloupe Cookies” wooed the crowd with its beautiful dark purple hues and insane trichome production.
The second-place shot shows a ripe and resin-coated cola from above, which highlights both the beautiful symmetry of the cannabis plant and @siraynot ‘s great eye for photography.
All of @siraynot ‘s entries this month were outstanding, and we hope to see him back with more heat in December!
First Place
Our first-place winner for November goes to a first-time contestant for the second month in a row!
This time, new member @just_fuego360_ wins the top spot with a beautiful macro shot of a strain called Double Up Mints.
The bud captured seems to a be in mid-late flower with a nice mix of white and orange pistils. The thoughtfully composed shot highlights the green and purple hues from the plant along with the silver-white coating of trichomes.
Placing the subject against a solid black background further brings out the various colors while helping to focus the viewer’s attention on the incredible anatomy of cannabis flowers.
We could stare at this photo for days getting lost in the detail. Well done!
